2. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted on infrastructure provided by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, acting as our processor. Hosting is limited to locations within the European Union.

To deliver and secure the website, the hosting systems process connection data such as IP address, date and time, requested resource, response status, transferred data volume, referrer, and browser or user-agent information. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in providing a secure and reliable website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Server logs are retained for up to 30 days unless a security incident or legal obligation requires longer storage.

3. Matomo reach measurement and cookies

We use our self-hosted Matomo installation at matomo.modeleven.com (site ID 11) to count page visits and improve this website. Basic reach measurement runs without visitor cookies on every page. We rely on our legitimate interest in operating and improving an effective website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Matomo processes visited URLs and page titles, referrer information, timestamps, browser and device characteristics, screen information, and page or link interactions. As with every web request, the IP address is technically transmitted to the server; Matomo is configured to anonymize it before storage, so the full IP address is not retained in visitor records. Raw visitor data is retained for up to 90 days; aggregate reports without visitor identifiers may be retained for longer.

Only if you select “Accept cookies” may Matomo set the first-party cookies _pk_id (up to 13 months), _pk_ses (30 minutes), and _pk_ref (up to 6 months). This optional cookie use is based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Your Ramon cookie choice is stored locally in your browser under ramon-consent-v2 for up to 180 days and contains only the consent version, your cookie choice, and a timestamp.

You can withdraw cookie consent at any time through Cookie settings. Withdrawal deletes Matomo cookies; cookieless page-view measurement continues. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests by contacting us. The lawfulness of processing performed before withdrawal or objection remains unaffected.

4. Contact by email or telephone

If you contact us, we process the information you provide to answer your inquiry. Where your inquiry concerns a possible contract, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; otherwise it is based on our legitimate interest in handling inquiries under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We retain correspondence until the inquiry is concluded and thereafter only for applicable statutory retention or defence periods.

5. Demo booking

Demo links open booking.modeleven.com in a new browser tab. This website does not transmit personal data to the booking service before you activate that link. Information you enter on the booking page is processed there under the privacy information presented by that service.

6. Recipients and transfers

Website data is available only to the responsible internal team and processors required for operation, particularly Hetzner. Matomo is operated on our own infrastructure; reach data is not sold. The services described on this page are configured for processing within the European Union. An external destination you open yourself may provide separate information about its processing.

7. Your rights

Subject to the legal requirements, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
